Zimmhauser was born from the perpetual sickness that plagues all guitar players – THE QUEST FOR TONE. The physical Baby Fenster cabinet was built to explore the low-tuned realms of sludge and doom metal. But as time went on in-the-box music production took hold and Baby Fenster became a relic of a forgotten live performing era. However, growing weary of the same generic 4×12 cabinet IRs an epiphany was had – digitize Baby Fenster! Using quality mics, pres and OCD-level placement measurements we managed to capture the essence of the beast. Happy with the results we are pleased to share them with you!
